Nato nel Queens, New York, USA, il 25/04/1950
Peter Jurasik è uno degli attori "caratteristi" più conosciuti ed apprezzati dal pubblico americano. Laureato in teatro alla University of New Hampshire, la sua lunga carriera inizia proprio nel teatro, nella sua città natale, New York, dove nel 1967 vince il Goshen New York Shakespearian Festival. In seguito si trasferisce sulla costa occidentale degli USA, dove continua a recitare in teatro e nei night club, per poi iniziare la carriera televisiva e cinematografica.
Oltre al ruolo di Londo Mollari in Babylon 5, Jurasik è ricordato dal grande pubblico americano per la sua partecipazione in Hill Street Blues, anche se è comparso in numerosi altri telefilm, tra i quali M*A*S*H*, Taxi, Remington Steele, Columbo (Colombo), Perry Mason, MacGyver, Fame (Saranno Famosi), Matlock, L.A. Law, Dawson's Creek e NYPD Blue, oltre a numerosi film (tra i quali Tron e Mr. Jones).
Ha partecipato, insieme ad altri colleghi di Babylon 5, alla registrazione di un CD musicale.
