Claudia Christian, all'anagrafe Claudia Ann Christian, è un'artista a tutto tondo. Oltre al ruolo di Susan Ivanova in Babylon 5, è apparsa in altri famosi telefilm, come T.J. Hooker, Dallas, Falcon Crest, Riptide, A-Team, Blacke's Magic, Hunter, Quantum Leap, Matlock, L.A. Law, Highlander e NYPD Blue. Ha inoltre partecipato a numerosi film.

Ha anche inciso quattro album musicali (tra cui uno con il suo collega di Babylon 5 Bill Mumy, intitolato Once Upon a Time), ha scritto una collana di libri per bambini e ha prestato la propria voce per numerosi videogiochi per console e PC. Claudia parla francese, italiano e tedesco.
